Anoka-Ramsey Community College has created a comprehensive assessment resource website which offers extensive resources for faculty, including a glossary of assessment terms, levels and documentation of assessment, rubric guidelines, the process for collecting and reviewing assessment data, and guidesheets for each degree type offered at ARCC. The website also provides assessment resources for students, which includes a brief overview of ARCC’s assessment process and links to the individual program guidesheets.

ARCC uses eLumen software to collect and analyze assessment data received from surveys, lab reports, written papers, oral presentations, and portfolios, and ARCC’s website provides step-by-step instructions for logging into and using eLumen. ARCC has used their assessment information to measure broad, campus-wide student learning as well as effectiveness of individual program goals.
